What does it mean to be healthy?

Physical

Picture
Society has set a standard about what our bodies should look like, but not many people talk about being healthy. It's all about looking a certain way a.k.a looking like someone who isn't yourself. Making sure we are taking care of ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, is far more important than adjusting to resemble a celebrity or a model. You are you for a reason. Dieting and exercise is beneficial, but not if a person is doing it for the wrong intention because they will never be satisfied. They will constantly feel the need to change their natural disposition or become frustrated when it doesn't work out. Maybe you don't mirror a famous person who you think has a banging body. It's okay! You are you for a reason. There are too many trends to keep up with. One day it's all about being "thick" another day it's all about being skinny, another day it's about having a tiny waist- JUST STOP. Don't allow others to dictate your life. Easier said than done, but not impossible.
